We are so glad that you asked this question! Collection times are 10 PM the night before scheduled pickup to 7 PM the day of scheduled pickup. The reason for this larger pickup window is to allow maximum flexibility for driver scheduling and potential delays. You can also download our app or check out our website to view your pickup schedule and get reminders the night before to place your recycling out.
