The timeframe of receiving the promised funds depends on whether you are receiving a credit or refund. If you are receiving a refund, this will reflect on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. If you are receiving a credit, this should be posted to your account in 3-5 business days and you will be able to see an itemized statement on your next receipt from Recyclops.
Please note: if you are told you are receiving a credit, this means the money amount will be added on your Recyclops account to be applied to and lower your next scheduled payment. It will NOT be refunded back to your bank account.
