Your pickup schedule depends on your location. You can view your pickup calendar at any time via our online calendar or our app (Apple or Android).
Please allow for 2-3 business days after sign up for your account to be onboarded and first pickup day assigned. Once it is ready, you will receive an email detailing your first pickup date, pickup day moving forward and the frequency of your pickups. Please make sure you have hello@recyclops.com whitelisted via your email client so information like this doesn't accidentally go to your spam/junk folder.
