# I am going on vacation and need to pause my service. What do I do?

Please submit a support form [here](https://ask.recyclops.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) or [chat in](https://ask.recyclops.com/all-about-livechat?hsLang=en) to let our Customer Experience team know so that we can properly pause your services. Please include your date of departure and your date of return so that we can deactivate and reactivate your service seamlessly.
