Once you have signed up for service and submitted payment information, your account is then ready for onboarding and will take approximately 1-2 business days for you to receive your schedule and first pickup instructions. You will receive a set of 3 emails titled:
1. Recyclops Welcome Email
2. 6 Key Points About Your Recyclops Pickup
3. Recyclops-- Your Pickup Schedule Has Been Set!
Please be sure to check all spam/junk/promotions folders and filters to make sure you do not miss these necessary email communications. If you are still not finding any of the above emails, please contact our Customer Experience Team and reference our New Customer Guide for information regarding your service and first pickup instructions.
