My email and/or phone number has changed. How do I change that on my account?

No worries! We can get that updated for you here or on LiveChat. Please add in your "Ticket  Description" and chat submission:

  • Name on account 
  • Address on account 
  • Old Email/Phone Number 
  • New Email/Phone Number 

This information helps us to ensure that we update the correct information and remove the old information listed under the account.
