Will I receive a credit for my missed pick up?

We sincerely apologize that you did not receive a pickup on your scheduled pickup day. We can do one of two things. We can place you on the next scheduled route in your area or we can provide a credit on your account for your missed pickup and you can place all recyclables out on your scheduled collection day. Please fill out this form and provide all necessary information and one of our Customer Experience agents will get back with you as soon as possible
