What is LiveChat? How do I navigate it?

One of our most treasured values at Recyclops is being community centered everywhere we operate. Likewise, it is our mission to bring that community feel and personalization to your customer experience as well as offer multiple options of communication to find the one that works best for your situation. That being said, we are so excited to now offer a LiveChat option for our customers!

How do I get to the LiveChat option?

  1. Go to www.recyclops.com or www.ask.recyclops.com
  2. Locate the bottom righthand corner of the screen
  3. Click on the Chat Bubble that introduces Murfbot

What do I do once I've found it?

The Murfbot will walk you through various options to help you find what you need including but not limited to: navigating the Knowledge Base, ordering bags, acceptable items inquiries, billing, or filling out a ticket.

What if Murf can't help me answer my questions?

If Murf is not able to help answer your questions, or you are in need of a response in less than 24 hours, we do have an option where you are able to speak with a live customer experience specialist. This option is available from 8 am to 4 pm MST Monday through Friday (barring holidays).

The option to speak with a live representative will only appear during the above specified hours. If it is during service hours and the option does not appear, it means that the queue is currently full and will open up as soon as an agent is available.
