We are so sad to see you go, but wish you well in your future recycling endeavors! If you wish to cancel services, you must contact our Customer Experience team to proceed. You can do so by submitting an online support request here or through our LiveChat on the website (bottom righthand corner). In your ticket description please include:
- Requested Date of Cancellation
- Reason for Cancellation
Once the cancellation request has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your account has been cancelled.
-Currently, our Customer Experience Team is in a backlog of tickets inquiries and initial response time has increased to 7 business days. Please rest assured that the date of ticket submission will be honored as the date of cancellation and any charges incurred after submission of cancellation request will be refunded or service periods will be extended.
-Cancelling of debit/credit card on account does NOT automatically cancel your service. If payment method is cancelled and there is no record of cancellation, you will be subject to paying the past due fees.
