You can do so by submitting an online support request here or through our new LiveChat on the website (bottom righthand corner). In your ticket description please include:
- Requested Date of Cancellation
- Reason for Cancellation
We are currently in the process of advancing our internal technologies and have the intention to make this process more fluid and accessible in the future.
In case of any backlog, the date of ticket submission will be honored as the date of cancellation and any charges incurred after submission of cancellation date will be refunded.
