I am moving. How do I change my address?

Before you have your address changed, please ensure that your new residence is still within serviceable limits by clicking here. Once you have done that, please fill out a support form here and include in your "Ticket Description":

    • Your new service address
    • Your new billing address
    • Date of move/start service at new location

Lastly, moving houses generates quite a bit of extra recycling. If you are needing an extra pickup, or need to give the driver a heads up that your next pickup might have a few more boxes and bags than normal, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Address changes will need to be submitted no later than 3 business days of next scheduled pickup for proper updating of location and ensuring correct mapping.
