I don't have an email address. Do I need one to sign up?

The answer is a little tricky here, because technically yes, but also technically no. The reason why we ask for a valid email address is because email is our primary method of contact for beginning your service, receiving information about your payments, and how we contact customers about important updates to their service. So while you could sign up and use a friend or family member's email address to receive these necessary communications, we highly recommend having your own email to reduce any issues that could arise from not receiving timely communications.
