It happens to the best of us! If you missed your driver, we can schedule another pickup for you! The additional pickup will result in a small fee of $3 to accommodate the extra cost of sending the driver back out. If this is an option you'd like to take, please reach out to our Customer Experience team by submitting a support form.
Otherwise, you can place your additional bags from your missed pickup for your next scheduled pickup barring the amount of bags doesn't exceed this limit. If your bags exceed the 4-5 limit, we kindly ask that you spread them out between the next 1-2 scheduled pickups. If you are unable to spread them out for pickup, please do not hesitate to let us know so we can work something out!
