Here at Recyclops, we understand life happens! Your card expires, you forget to send the yearly check, or you freeze your current card, it happens to the best of us! If you are paying by card, please submit new payment information here. This link will take you to the Customer Portal where you will be able to manage your payment information there. If you do not have a login yet, you will need to create one and it will pull your existing information. Once payment information has been submitted, our Finance Department will be notified, get your account paid up, and have you placed back on the schedule.
If you are paying by check or ACH, please fill out the same ticket link to inform our Finance Specialists that you have sent your check so you are not removed from a route for nonpayment. Balances that are not paid within 30 days of due date will be removed from route and not receive services until they are paid.

If your schedule does not populate within 24 to 48 hours of paying past due balance, please notify us here so that a Customer Experience Specialist can get that taken care of for you.
