I have requested additional bags. How can I check the status of my request?

Please wait 1-2 scheduled pickup dates after a Customer Experience Specialist has confirmed receiving your bag order. Once your order has been completed, a receipt will be emailed to you with the date of delivery listed. If you received this receipt and have not received your bags within this timeframe, please submit a support form here to let us know there is an issue and you have not yet received your bags.
