You can send your coordinates to our Customer Experience team through the support form. Please be sure to provide your service address so that we can efficiently and correctly update your account.

The reason why your Customer Experience Specialist has asked for you to send coordinates of your service address is to help weed out any issues that could be caused by an incorrect GPS pin. We have found that not all mapping/routing systems are created equal, and some have different nuances about them that can occasionally cause a certain address to appear in two different locations. We just want to make sure that we are always picking up in the right location.
