I was charged, but I did not receive service. What should I do?

We are so excited to welcome you to the Recyclops family! If you are seeing a charge on your credit or debit card statement it means that we have routed your location and have begun service. Please check your spam or junk folders for your onboarding emails which include detailed information on how to prepare your recycling as well as your schedule information.

You can also view your schedule at any time by visiting Find Your Pickup Schedule at recyclops.com. Once you start entering your address, a dropdown will appear. Select the correct address and voila!
