For new and existing customers, bags are delivered within the first 1-2 service pickup dates of signing up and/or order confirmation.
If you still have not received bags after the aforementioned 1-2 pickups, please fill out our support form to notify our Customer Experience team of the missed delivery.
Please continue to use your own white or transparent 13-gallon kitchen trash bags to bag your recyclables until you can receive your Recyclops supply.
