Recyclops bags are delivered within your first two pickup dates of starting service. Please use your own white or transparent 13-gallon kitchen bags until you receive your Recyclops bags.
If you did not receive your bags within this timeframe, please submit a support form to let our team know and continue using the approved bags mentioned above until you receive them.
This does not apply to our Casper, WY customers as your location is a "cart only" area and also Wasatch County, UT customers as your location does not require the use of the teal/blue Recyclops bags to bag the mixed recycling.
