If you encounter any difficulties while trying to log into the portal, there are a couple of potential issues that could be causing the problem:
1. Your login has not yet been created: In this case, you will need to create your login using the email address you provided during the sign-up process. Once you have completed this step, your existing customer information will be pulled into the portal.
2. Your password needs to be reset: If you are experiencing the second issue, simply click on the "forgot password" option. This will allow you to reset your password by providing your registered email address.
