I submitted a ticket for cancelation and I was still charged. What do I do?

Our typical response time for ticket inquiries is 1-3 business days. If you submitted a ticket inquiry about your cancelation and you haven't heard back via a cancelation confirmation email, please rest assured the date of ticket submission will be honored as the date of cancellation and any charges incurred after submission of cancellation request will be refunded or service periods will be extended. Once the cancellation request has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your account has been cancelled.

Please Note: 

-In the event of any ticket backlog and/or charges made after cancellation request, the date of ticket submission will be honored as the date of cancellation and any charges incurred after submission of cancellation request will be refunded or service periods will be extended. 

-Cancelling of debit/credit card on account does NOT automatically cancel your service. If payment method is cancelled and there is no record of cancellation, you will be subject to paying the past due fees.
