While we appreciate and commend the community initiative to also report friend's, neighbor's, and/or family pickups that were missed, we kindly ask that you do not do this. The reason for this being is that we track each and every customer interaction, as well as when missed pickups occur and how often they occur. This data helps us to improve internal and external processes, improve pickup consistency, and prevents any issues/miscommunications when scheduling a makeup pickup. If you know that a neighbor, friend, or family member had their pickup missed as well as your own, we ask that you only report your own missed pickup and encourage them to report their respective missed pickup.
