# Recyclops missed my pickup. What do I do?

Before reporting your missed pickup, please consider and ensure:

1. Your recyclables were in accordance with the [Recycling Guidelines](https://ask.recyclops.com/recycling-guidelines?hsLang=en)
2. You have the correct [pickup schedule](https://recyclops.com/your-pickup-date/)
3. Check your email and spam/junk/promotion folders for any possible updates or reschedules to your pickup
4. Check your email and spam/junk/promotion folders if there may be billing related issues that could cause your recyclables to not be collected.

To report a missed pickup, please contact our [Customer Experience Team](https://ask.recyclops.com/how-do-i-get-in-touch-with-someone?hsLang=en) so they can investigate the issue. If the missed pickup is found to be a result of driver error, we will schedule you on the soonest available pickup day for your area.
