Before reporting your missed pickup, please consider and ensure:
- Your recyclables were in accordance with the Recycling Guidelines
- You have the correct pickup schedule
- Check your email and spam/junk/promotion folders for any possible updates or reschedules to your pickup
- Check your email and spam/junk/promotion folders if there may be billing related issues that could cause your recyclables to not be collected.
To report a missed pickup, please contact our Customer Experience Team so they can investigate the issue. If the missed pickup is found to be a result of driver error, we will schedule you on the soonest available pickup day for your area. If you have any questions about contamination, proper bagging procedures, etc., please be sure to include those questions in your inquiry.
