# When are your Customer Experience specialists available?

Our Customer Experience Specialists are available to respond to your [ticket inquiries](https://ask.recyclops.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en), return your callback requests/[receive calls](https://ask.recyclops.com/how-can-i-call-recyclops?hsLang=en), and talk through [LiveChat submissions](https://ask.recyclops.com/all-about-livechat?hsLang=en) from Monday-Friday between 8 am - 4 pm MST with exceptions for national/bank holidays. Please expect an initial response time to your ticket inquiry of 1-3 business days.

Recyclops, Inc. is a remote company and many of our fantastic employees tend to put in extra work to pursue our dream of sustainability and quality service. Our Customer Experience team is no different! Occasionally, you will see responses to inquiries over a weekend, holiday, or even into the wee hours of the night. That means your Customer Experience Specialist is going that extra mile to assure timely service to our customer base.
